A Continued Practice

A big thanks to all those who attended yesterdays mindfulness meditation course that included history, theory and application. Learning to still the mind/body with concentration and breath work to lower anxiety and to promote mental clarity. The practice of meditation is a daily reminder to slow down and just be aware of yourself and the environment. There will be two more meditation classes this term and we hope to see everyone again as well as some new faces. I look forward to hearing how your own meditation practice is going!
